There is no more important attribute in life than reliability and consistency. Consistency in on-premises environments is implemented by the static nature of the architecture. On Cloud, through the dynamic nature of deployments, scalable capacity, new features and services, and variability in network topography and requirements - to achieve Operational Excellence requires a new strategy.
